We stand behind our digital guides. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 60 days of purchase, no questions asked.


HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, email us at goodguidesco@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number or email address associated with your purchase
  • Brief reason for the refund request

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to respond.


REFUND TIMELINE

Once your refund is approved:

  • You will receive a confirmation email
  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days
  • Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the refund to your account

If more than 10 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at goodguidesco@gmail.com.


ELIGIBILITY

Your refund request must be received within 60 days of purchase. Requests received after 60 days cannot be refunded.


WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR ACCESS

If your refund is approved, your access to the digital product will be revoked. You will no longer be able to download or access the guide.


NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASES

We cannot refund:

  • Purchases made more than 60 days ago
  • Duplicate purchases (if you purchased the same guide twice)
